About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente and look forward to working with you to care for your health. I'm happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice.

Biography

Originally from New York, I have spent most of my life in Los Angeles. I always wanted to be a physician and started my journey with my family's support and encouragement. I want to make a difference in people's lives and practicing medicine gives me that opportunity. I graduated From Loyola Marymount University where I studied biology. My medical degree is from UC Irvine. I trained in family medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles and subsequently went on complete a Sports Medicine fellowship at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana. I have practiced family medicine and sports medicine at Kaiser Permanente in Baldwin Park since 1997 and can be found currently at my office in San Dimas.

About my practice

I will do my best to keep you healthy, encouraging prevention and promoting a healthy lifestyle. I see a variety of patients of all ages in my practice. I am trained in sports medicine so you can expect that I will encourage you to exercise as part of your care. I am a strong believer in "exercise is medicine." I am also actively involved in our community, conducting sports physicals for local high schools, providing medical care at organized athletic events such as marathons and triathlons or cheering on the sidelines of our local high school football games.

How I thrive

I am dedicated to my members and value my work as a physician with Kaiser Permanente. My family life is also a major priority. I enjoy spending quality time with my wife and two sons. I try to stay healthy by eating well (usually) and by exercising regularly. My hobbies include cycling, road and mountain, as well as an occasional attempt at a game of golf or tennis.
