About Me

Through the Kaiser Permanente website, you can learn about me, the work that I perform, and the tools that will allow you to be an active participant in your care-KP.org is an invaluable resource where you can stay informed and where we can keep in touch. I look forward to caring for you.

I am a board-certified dermatologist, with additional ACMS fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery, facial reconstruction, and procedural dermatology. My education and training has taken me to Northern California, Ohio, and New York. I practiced at Kaiser Permanente in Northern California for 7 years prior to joining the Southern California group in 2016.

About my practice

I perform Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstruction at the Barranca Medical Offices in Irvine. The meticulous Mohs process (named after pioneering surgeon Dr. Frederic Mohs) provides the highest cure rates in the treatment of skin cancers. In addition, my training and experience in facial reconstruction allows for optimal cosmetic and functional outcomes. Typically, our experienced team can accomplish both aspects of the procedure in one office visit under local anesthesia. Be assured that we will educate you prior to the procedure and provide guidance afterward.

How I thrive

Finding balance allows me to be my best for members and for my family. My family and I love to travel but also enjoy all the foods, cultures, and unlimited activities that Southern California living affords.
