About Me

I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and stayed in the Midwest for my undergraduate and medical degrees before moving to Portland for my internal medicine residency at Oregon Health & Science University. My husband and I have started a family and are putting down roots here. I love Portland's vibe, food and drinks, and access to the beautiful outdoors.

About my practice

I chose hospital medicine because I love helping patients and their families navigate what can be a very stressful time. I like trying to work with my patients to find ways for them to be healthier and to avoid coming to the hospital again.

How I thrive

I foster my well-being by having creative outlets (cooking, crafting, projects), time outside (hiking/exploring), time to take care of my body and mind (exercise, reading, and quiet time), time with family and friends, good food and wine, and as much sleep as my children will allow.
