About Me

Welcome, and thank you for visiting my Web page. I 'm pleased to have the opportunity to present my credentials to you and share other information about myself.

Biography

Several years after completing my undergraduate education at the University of California in San Diego, I went to medical school to fulfill my dream of caring for fellow human beings who are ill. Since 2006, I have worked as a hospitalist for Kaiser Permanente in Kern County because I became attracted to inpatient/hospital medicine during my residency training at the University of Southern California School of Medicine in Los Angeles. I feel very fortunate to take care of Kaiser Permanente members who have been admitted to the hospital.

About my practice

Our hospital medicine team takes care of members at various community hospitals in Bakersfield. Our roles are to provide you with quality, excellent care, to coordinate your care among specialists, and to make sure that you receive the necessary continuity of care as you return to your personal or primary physician for post-discharge follow-up.

How I thrive

Balance between work and family, regular exercise, and proper nutrition are important to me. I enjoy both spending time with my family and outdoor activities.
