About Me

Hello, my name is Alex. Thank you for visiting my Web page to get to know me.

Biography

In addition to medical training, I have extensive research experience. I earned a Ph.D. in biophysics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. There I did research in magnetic resonance in the lab group of Nobel Prize winner Paul Lauterbur, a pioneer in MRI development.

About my practice

I interpret radiologic images obtained in various ways, including computed tomography, MRI, ultrasound, plain film, and fluoroscopy. My subspecialty is abdominal-pelvic imaging, in particular by MRI.

How I thrive

I believe in Kaiser Permanente's philosophy of health in body, mind, and spirit, and I try to live it myself. In particular, I enjoy spending time with my family.
