About Me

Welcome to my Web page.

Biography

I attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for my undergraduate degree in molecular bniology. I then pursued research in biochemistry and obtained my Ph.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Involvement in medical research sparked an interest in me to learn about the disease process as it affects the patient, so I then pursued a medical degree from the New York Medical College. I completed a residency in internal medicine at UC Irvine Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in hematology and oncology at UCLA. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 2010.

About my practice

I consider the doctor-patient relationship to be one of a partnership. I strive to educate my patients about their medical condition so that they can better understand the choices among their treatment options. By doing so, my goal is to provide medical care that is evidence-based and personalized.

How I thrive

In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and traveling whenever I can.
