About Me

Welcome to my Web page.

I am originally from Johannesburg, South Africa. My family moved to Ohio when I was five years old. We moved again when I was in high school to San Diego where I completed high school and then completed my undergraduate studies at UC San Diego. For my medical training I returned to the Midwest and attended Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, and then completed my residency in internal medicine at Northwestern University. I moved back to California with my wife to raise our family. We enjoy all the natural wonders of Southern California and often find ourselves out doors enjoying the weather. I have lived in the Midwest and in Southern California. After completing my medical training in Chicago, I moved back to Southern California with my wife to be closer to family.

About my practice

My approach to better living is through a balanced life devoting time to family, work, and play. I enjoy spending time with friends. I exercise to help ensure a long, healthy life and to be an example for my patients. My wife and I love to travel so that we can experience and learn about different cultures and people.

How I thrive

I thrive by running as well as hiking in the local mountains. I enjoy the natural wonders here as well as hiking, biking, and traveling.
