About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this opportunity to share my credentials with you, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am Armenian by ethnic background but grew up in Lebanon. My family moved to Chicago when I was 17, and I went to college and medical school there. We then moved to Los Angeles to join family and friends. As a first-generation American, I empathize with others who are in the process of adapting to a new environment.

About my practice

My practice includes some but not all aspects of radiology. I primarily spend my time practicing body imaging and ultrasound. I have also completed subspecialty fellowships in pediatric radiology and body imaging. Over the last few years, our department has grown and my fellow radiologists and I have taken on subspecialized roles in order to keep up with advances in radiology.

How I thrive

I stay healthy by running regularly every morning on my treadmill for 30 minutes. I try to make this more fun by watching TV, usually Food Network episodes that I tape ahead of time. This way, I can plan the dinners that I cook for my family of four every night. I’m a member of my church choir as well as a community choir, which helps me to relax and relieves stress.
