About Me

Thank you for visiting my Web page. I am an infectious disease physician at Kaiser Permanente Riverside and Moreno Valley. I am proud to be part of the Kaiser Permanente team. I strive to provide the best possible care to our members in collaboration with my colleagues.

Biography

I was born and raised in Argentina and received my medical degree from the University of Buenos Aires. For the first 10 years of my medical career I was a practicing Ob/Gyn physician. I immigrated to the United States in 2005 and completed my training in internal medicine at UCLA and in infectious disease at UCSF-Fresno. We moved to the Riverside-Inland Empire area to be close to my husband’s family.

About my practice

As an infectious disease specialist, I work with your personal physician and other specialists. I see people in the hospital and also in the outpatient clinic. I have a busy HIV practice and I have experience treating complicated cases of Coccidiodomycosis and diseases endemic to the Central Valley of California. I also have a personal interest in tropical medicine and a fascination with gynecologic infections. I am an active member of the American Microbiology Society and the Infectious Disease Society of America.

How I thrive

Practicing my faith is very important. My husband provides balance to my professional life and we love traveling by motorcycle, especially the roads less traveled. I enjoy photographing landscapes of places reachable only by backpacking. I relish Armenian cooking, which is rooted in my family’s heritage. Of course, as a true Argentinian, I am a huge soccer fanatic.
