About Me

I am originally from California but consider myself a Coloradan at this point in my life. I moved to Colorado for my residency at the University of Colorado, Swedish, Family Medicine program in 2001 and have been here ever since. My first job out of residency was with Kaiser Permanente and I have been practicing in the Kaiser Permanente system since 2004. My family and I love Colorado and all that it has to offer.

About my practice

I love to develop a relationship of trust with my patients to help them become their best and most healthy self. I like to work together to achieve the best outcomes through focusing on lifestyle changes, mental health, and medications when necessary. I also love the variety of medical conditions that I care for as a family medicine physician. I help patients of all ages and in many cases, I am able to take care of whole families.

How I thrive

I thrive when I spend time with my family. We love to travel and spend time in the outdoors camping, hiking, and skiing. My oldest daughter is starting high school and my other daughter is entering 5th grade. We love to watch them playing volleyball and other activities in which they are involved. I also love spending quiet time at home reading, watching movies or sporting events.
