About Me

Welcome to my Web page. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about me.

Biography

I was born in a suburb of Detroit, and remained in Michigan all the way through medical school. I moved to California for my surgical training, and realized pretty quickly that sunny California would be my home. In my free time, I enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, watching Michigan football, and spending time with my twin toddlers. I appreciate good food and wine. Whenever I get the chance, I like trying new restaurants.

About my practice

I believe in treating every patient with compassion and care based on current research. Good communication is vital, and I will do my best to explain things in a way that is clear to you. I am board-certified in otolaryngology as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery. My specialties include nasal surgery and facial reconstruction following skin cancer removal.

How I thrive

Optimism, faith, and staying physically active keep me balanced. My twins keep me laughing. My wife, who is a physical therapist and Pilates instructor, keeps me fit.
