About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I glad to have the chance to take a moment to tell you a little about my family, the extraordinary institution where I work, and myself.

Biography

Born and raised in the hills above the San Fernando Valley, I have lived in Southern California my entire life. Being fortunate enough to have grown up in a very tight-knit family of five, I was a very active and involved youth, keeping busy with activities such as Boy Scouts, soccer, and horseback riding. As I strived to be an A student, my schooling also took up much of my time. After completing my training in internal medicine, I moved down to Orange County, where I married and now have two beautiful children. I have been a member of the Kaiser Permanente health care team since 1997.

About my practice

The department of internal medicine at Kaiser Permanente encompasses a large and diversified program. I am one of a growing number of hospitalists. We work closely with the physicians in the Emergency Department and care for members who have been admitted to the hospital. We also provide care for the majority of inpatient members, especially those who have complex medical problems.

How I thrive

Outside of work, my wife and children keep me very motivated to exercise and just have fun. I enjoy activities such as tennis, running, weight lifting, golf and snowboarding.
