About Me

I moved to Vail, CO in 1980 and have never looked back. I am married with two grown children and one grandchild. I worked as a nurse in the ER for many years and decided to become a NP after several mission trips to Haiti. I really enjoy getting to know people from difference cultural backgrounds. I love being a NP because it gives me the ability to educate and encourage people to live the healthiest life possible.

About my practice

I love family practice because I work with all ages, from birth to geriatric. My goal is to provide the most appropriate care for my patients, so they aren't spending extra time or money to get the care they deserve. I do all the Long Acting Reversible Contraceptive (LARC) procedures for contraception in our medical office. I really enjoy learning about my patients and like to tailor their care to their needs. I take time to get to know my patients. Additionally, I love to educate my patients on diet and exercise, preventative medicine, and emotional well-being. I offer my patients convenience and can answer their questions by email, phone, video visit or Chat with a Doc.

How I thrive

I love the mountain life and do all that it has to offer, like skiing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, and enjoying all the mountain festivities. I love to travel and garden. I especially love spending time with my grandson.
