I am originally from Boise, Idaho. I worked as a nurse in a Cardio-Thoracic and Transplant Pediatric ICU for five years before deciding to further my education. I have worked for Northwest Permanente since 2004, and worked for Kaiser Permanente in Southern California for two years prior to this.
I am a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in the department of Anesthesia. I have practiced anesthesia for more than 10 years, and hope to help my patients have the best surgical experience possible by careful and focused attention. I believe that each patient I treat should be taken care of as if they were my family member.
I have many interests; some are reading, cooking, traveling and exercise. I try to find ways to stay active on a daily basis, and have also run a marathon and a few half-marathons. We adopted a labra doodle puppy in June named Bronco. He keeps us very busy and very entertained.
