About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. I was born in Montreal, Canada. I had my medical training at McGill University, and then pursued my interests in cardiac surgery and cardiac assist devices. I later joined the Medical College of Virginia at Richmond to complete a fellowship in cardiac transplant.

At a young age in Canada I was very involved in building model planes and enjoyed projects that were technically challenging. Later in medical school I found cardiac surgery to be a special opportunity to combine these skills to help people in a meaningful way.

About my practice

My specialty is cardiac surgery, which is the surgical care of patients with heart disorders. I enjoy working closely with my colleagues, office staff, and operating room personnel to bring personalized care to my patients. I feel honored that my patients have entrusted me with their care over the years.

How I thrive

I try to keep my life balanced and happy which allows me to provide a high level of care to our members.
