About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. It’s a pleasure to have the opportunity to introduce myself to you. I’m part of a team of pain management physicians whose goal is to offer high-quality care to meet the needs of our members. I look forward to serving you.

Biography

I grew up in Los Angeles as the eldest of three brothers. From a young age, I knew I wanted to be a physician. I went to UC San Diego for college, where I majored in biochemistry. I then graduated from the Keck School of Medicine of USC, and went to Boston to do my residency in anesthesiology at Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School. I stayed on at Harvard to pursue fellowship training in pain management. While in Boston, I became a Red Sox and Patriots fan, but I also stayed true to my Los Angeles Lakers. Being outdoors has always been a pastime, and Southern California is an ideal location for me.

About my practice

I provide a comprehensive approach to pain management, with a focus on interventional procedures. I believe in first listening to my members to understand why they’ve come to see me. I feel it's important to know what types of treatments have been both successful and unsuccessful for them in the past. As a physician, I aim to alleviate as much pain as possible using the various treatment methods in my arsenal, but I also feel that part of the responsibility belongs to my members. A wholesome diet, regular exercise, and a healthy attitude are necessary to obtain optimal health.

How I thrive

During my free time, I enjoy my family and being a dad. I try to keep my life well balanced with work, meditation, organic gardening, camping, yoga, and exercise.
