About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my diagnostic radiology practice. I have worked at Kaiser Permanente since 1986 and have enjoyed it immensely because of my wonderful colleagues, the residency programs, and our members. I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I am originally from New York City. I was a volunteer on the neighborhood ambulance, and I also volunteered at a hospital. Those two experiences introduced me to medicine. Originally, I was interested in becoming a family doctor, like the physician I had growing up. Medical school introduced me to the exciting field of diagnostic radiology. I feel very fortunate to have found this field and to practice at Kaiser Permanente in Los Angeles.

About my practice

I am a board-certified diagnostic radiologist with a special interest and training in head and neck imaging. I chose to practice at Kaiser Permanente immediately after finishing my fellowship in New York because I was impressed with its quality and its residency program. I remain excited about my practice and up-to-date in my field. The residency programs stimulate me to teach, study, and excel in the continuously evolving field of diagnostic imaging. I lecture and study at UCLA, where I am an assistant clinical professor.

How I thrive

I am originally from New York City, and I love the weather and lifestyle of Southern California. I enjoy outdoor life, including bicycling and swimming. Family is very important to me. I stay involved by volunteering in my children's school. I believe moderation allows for a balanced, healthy life.
