About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. I’m a bone marrow transplant physician, and I’m privileged to be able to care for our members and work with my wonderful colleagues.

Biography

After my research training in the field of molecular immunology, I did my residency training at Yale School of Medicine, where I learned that compassionate care for patients is as important as medical skills. I fell in love with hematological oncology because this subspecialty provides me the unique opportunity to combine my research background and clinical knowledge.

About my practice

Every member who needs to have chemotherapy and stem cell transplant is a hero. A successful stem cell transplant requires tremendous effort from a great team. This team includes the member, his or her family members, as well as nurses and physicians. I feel honored that my members have entrusted me with their care, and I strive to treat them as I would my own family.

How I thrive

I firmly believe in Kaiser Permanente’s philosophy of health in mind, body, and spirit, and I try to live it in my life every day. My family life is my major priority. I enjoy traveling, hiking, and playing badminton and ping-pong with my wife and my children. I also enjoy playing volleyball on local hospital teams.
