I am a native of the Midwest, but now consider myself an Oregonian who treasures the beauty and bounty of this unique state, with its opportunities for so many outdoor activities. I enjoy helping people, and decided to become a doctor in high school. I discovered my subspecialty, Interventional Radiology, as a medical student at the University of Michigan. As an Interventional radiologist, I can help our patients by performing minimally invasive, image-guided procedures that often can be done on an outpatient basis. With my Diagnostic radiology background, I am also able to deliver diagnostic care through interpretation of imaging (such as MRI, US, CT and X-ray), which is also very rewarding.
