I was born and raised in Northern, CA. My husband and I just celebrated our 37th anniversary! We have two amazing grown sons, two grandsons, and two grand dogs. We moved my elderly parents out here to help them thrive too.
For 17 years I delivered babies in CA and CO. Now I really enjoy providing well woman care with a midwifery influence. I love teaching and empowering women. Getting to know my patients is a special joy. Being a breast cancer survivor has also enhanced my practice, giving me a unique understanding and perspective.
I thrive by spending time with my family most of all. Being “Nana” is the best! We spend time in the outdoors as much as we can; hiking, skiing, snowshoeing, gardening, and outdoor concerts. I personally enjoy mind, body, and spirit by reading, sewing, water aerobics, yoga, and spending time with my husband and friends.
