About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I am happy to have this chance to introduce myself to you and tell you about my practice. While we always hope that you don't find yourself in the Emergency Department, know that if you do have an emergency we will always take care of you in your time of need.

Biography

I am a native Californian who has spent several years in the Midwest and on the East Coast. I received my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley before attending medical school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. I then completed my residency in Detroit at Henry Ford Hospital. In my free time I enjoy staying active through hiking, golfing, and skiing.

About my practice

Emergency medicine is an exciting, fast-paced, and dynamic field. A trained group of nurses, technicians, and physicians all have to work together to care for a patient with an emergency. I feel that caring for someone when they are at their worst and in need of help is a rare opportunity. It allows me to make a huge difference in their lives. My areas of interest in emergency medicine include the management and care of sepsis and critical care.

How I thrive

I stay well by maintaining balance in my life. It is important to manage your time so you can have enough for both exercise and leisure. It is also important to make time for your family and friends, as they will always be there for you and keep you grounded. Keeping healthy requires eating a balanced diet and regularly exercising, which is something I try to follow in my own life.
