I began my long pursuit of a career in nursing and nurse anesthesia after an honorable discharge from the United States Air Force in 1989. Originally born and raised in Florida, I have lived in Texas, Utah, California, and Germany, finally settling in Portland, Oregon in 2000.
Kaiser Permanente strives to provide the highest quality care and allows anesthesia providers the ability to focus on providing that care. It is my goal to make the surgical experience as pleasant and safe as possible for every patient, every time.
Organic gardening, cooking, knitting, and travel are some of my favorite passions outside of work. It is my greatest pleasure to combine work and travel, providing anesthesia care for under-privileged people while serving as a goodwill ambassador in impoverished countries.
