I am native of New Jersey, and after completing medical school at UMDNJ-New Jersey Medical School in Newark, I ventured down to Atlanta and completed my internal medicine residency at Emory University. I completed my infectious diseases fellowship at New York University in New York City and returned to Atlanta to start my career with Kaiser Permanente.
I aim to be both compassionate and honest during each interaction with our members, and I believe that it is essential for patients to understand their diagnoses and the treatment plans going forward. I also hope to empower my patients to make healthier choices; Choices that will either prevent the development of infectious diseases or improve clinical outcomes when these diseases occur.
I thrive at Kaiser Permanente by striking a good balance between home and work responsibilities. I enjoy riding my bike for long stretches, both in Atlanta and along the Silver Comet Trail. I am avid photographer and could spend hours walking around a park or a new neighborhood snapping pictures. Classical music and jazz are timeless sources of relaxation for me, both in the car and at work.
