About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page. As part of the Kaiser Permanente family, I look forward to taking care of your orthopedic nonsurgical and surgical needs.

Biography

I grew up in Southern California and completed my undergraduate studies in biology and history at UCLA. I spent 4 great years in Milwaukee earning my medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. I then continued my trek east, where I completed my orthopedic training at Marshall University in West Virginia. My training ultimately led me to New York City, where I completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute. I am excited to finally come back home to my family and friends in Southern California and am looking forward to taking care of the many members of the Kaiser Permanente family.

About my practice

It is very important for me to treat the entire member and not just a problem. I like to focus on the comprehensive care of members and tailor their treatments for their respective needs. I have completed advanced training in total joint replacement of the hip and knee. I have special interest in revision total joint replacement surgery and periarticular fracture care. I treat all orthopedic conditions and look forward to caring for you from the time we meet until you are fully recovered from your injury.

How I thrive

I strongly feel that one of the keys to success is having a healthy balance in life. I am very passionate about my career and work hard to stay current with emerging trends in my specialty. I am an avid sports fan and regularly follow my hometown teams and alma mater. I enjoy staying active by fishing and skiing in the eastern Sierras. I enjoy spending time with my wife and exploring the endless amounts of restaurants and activities that make Southern California so great.
