About Me

Hello, and welcome to my Web page! As a hospitalist, I practice predominately in the hospital and skilled nursing facility settings. I also specialize in palliative care, which focuses on symptom management and assisting individuals with navigating complex medical decisions. I look forward to caring for you or your loved ones.

Biography

I grew up in Southern California. I was fortunate enough to pursue college back in Pennsylvania at Lehigh University, where I met my wife. I stayed in Pennsylvania for graduate school at Drexel University, followed by medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. My wife and I returned to Southern California, where I completed a residency in internal medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in hospice and palliative Care at UC Irvine Health. My wife and I are proud parents of a son.

About my practice

While my philosophy is to practice medicine in an evidenced-based manner, I understand that as a patient, you are person first and foremost. I view health as a complex interaction of science and social elements, and I believe both aspects need to be addressed to be successful in my medical care. My goal is that you leave the hospital having a sense of being heard and that your needs have been addressed.

How I thrive

When I am not caring for members, I enjoy spending time with my family, paddle boarding, going to the gym, and cooking.
