About Me

Welcome to my Web page. I’m happy to have this chance to introduce myself and tell you about my practice. I feel very fortunate to work at Kaiser Permanente because of my wonderful colleagues and our members, and I look forward to working with you to care for your health.

Biography

I grew up in Southern California and attended UCLA for college. I went on to Chicago Medical School (Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science), where I was introduced to the brutal winters but also the wonderful people and the city. As fun as Chicago was, family, friends, food, and weather made me return to Southern California, where I did all of my training at UC Irvine. I completed my internship and residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in pulmonary and critical care medicine.

About my practice

I now enjoy practicing as a physician, a dream that began in childhood, was solidified in a calling, and has culminated in the privilege of caring for others. I believe the practice of medicine is not an end but a means to connect with people, to build trust with them, and to provide my utmost service in our joint endeavor to improve their health.

How I thrive

I live well by trying to keep a well-balanced life. I have an active family that keeps me happily busy outside of work. I exercise, and my hobbies include playing basketball and tennis.
