About Me

I moved to Atlanta from Boulder, Colo. with my husband, young daughter and our dog, Corbo, in 2016. We love being outside, hiking, running, skiing or just playing in the backyard. We are happy to be back on the East Coast, as I grew up in Kentucky and was missing my family and the changing of the seasons… which also includes University of Kentucky basketball season! Go Cats!

About my practice

I am excited to be a member of the Kaiser Permanente Express Care team. It gives me an opportunity to provide quick, efficient care to our members in need and be an extension of the primary care team. In Express Care, we treat acute illnesses such as sore throats or flu that appear quickly and often require same day appointments. That is what I am here for! In my medical experiences, I have had the pleasure to have provided care to all ages, and I can honestly say that I have enjoyed it all. I strive to provide high-quality, holistic care to the whole family. I was fortunate to be able to stay with Kaiser Permanente as a nurse practitioner and as a member upon our move from Colorado to Georgia, and I am excited to be a part of the Georgia team and watch it grow.

How I thrive

Exercise is both a physical and mental outlet in my life. I run several days a week to get my heart pumping as well to collect my thoughts and reflect on my day. I reflect on what I have achieved as well as how I can become better. Putting on my running shoes and starting the music on my headphones rejuvenates my mind and helps keep my body healthy.
