Acerca de mí
At the age of seven, after playing the board games "Life" and "Operation," I knew that I wanted to become a doctor. I practiced medicine on animals, teddy bears and any human being that would sit still long enough. Growing up in Memphis, Tenn. provided many opportunities to participate in volunteer work and medical research during my teenage and college years. My desire to practice medicine grew stronger, and I soon became the first medical doctor in my family. I found my way back to Atlanta to practice medicine because I love the culture, diversity and overall spirit of the city. I take great pride in helping women start their families in such a colorful city, and I too plan to raise my family here.
Acerca de mi práctica médica
Coming to the gynecologist should be as pleasant as meeting your best friend at the mall. We all love to shop, so we should at least like going to the gynecologist... a little bit. I pride myself in putting people at ease the minute they meet me and then we can talk about anything. After all, if you can't tell your gynecologist, who can you tell? I practice medicine cooperatively with our members so we can determine a treatment that is best for you. Adolescent gynecology, minimally invasive surgery/laparoscopy and cervical dysplasia are areas that are of great interest to me.

Laughter puts everyone at ease. On a good day, you can hear my laugh on the other side of the office. I thrive through maintaining a relaxing environment that is full of smiles. I enjoy gourmet cooking, home design and event planning. You can often find me planning a themed dinner party for my family and friends. I also enjoy the arts and support our local Atlanta theatre groups through philanthropic donations. Helping local youth thrive to reach career goals is my most important passion. I am on the Leadership Counsel for Posse of Atlanta and pride myself in being a great mentor and friend to our future leaders. I also mentor students at my alma mater, Emory University.
