Kaiser Permanente provider
Idioma que hablo:
Sí, en mi consultorio se aceptan pacientes nuevos. Es posible que sea necesaria una remisión.
I was born in Baltimore, Maryland and lived in the area for four years, followed by eight incredible years living abroad in The Netherlands before returning to the Northeast through the end of medical school. While I always dreamed of once again living in Europe, I was drawn to Colorado by the vast natural beauty and limitless outdoor fun, and I have loved making this my new home. When I'm not working, I'm usually playing soccer, hiking or skiing. When time permits, my other passion is traveling the world and experiencing new cultures and customs. I find one of my greatest pleasures is meeting people from different walks of life and learning a little bit about who they are and where they come from. I find myself incredibly lucky to work in a profession where I am able to meet and learn about new people on a daily basis.
Being sick is one of the scariest and most stressful experiences for a patient, and my goal is to relieve you of as much of that anxiety and stress as possible. As a hospital medicine provider, I promise to help you and your loved ones navigate this system, answer your questions and concerns honestly, and work with you as a team to create solutions that work for you as the patient. The biggest appeal of hospital medicine for me is being able to see a variety of illnesses rather than focusing on a single organ system. I love seeing something new every day, and love meeting new people even more. I feel fortunate to be able to work in this profession and promise to treat each and every person I encounter with respect and dignity while we work as a team to get you healthy.
I have been drawn to sports my entire life, and find them to be my main passion outside of medicine. I play in multiple soccer leagues, both indoor and outdoor, and love to get out to the mountains to both hike and ski. I also find that humor is a major part of how I relate with people, both in and out of work, and I enjoy talking about more than just medicine/health with my patients. An additional interest of mine is keeping up with new movies of all genres, but especially horror and sci-fi.
