Kaiser Permanente provider
Idioma que hablo:
Sí, en mi consultorio se aceptan pacientes nuevos. Es posible que sea necesaria una remisión.
I had many great experiences growing up on U.S. Air Force bases in England, Turkey, and in Colorado Springs, where I attended high school. I ran track and cross-country at the University of Colorado in Boulder where I was lucky to frequently run and bike on the surrounding mountain trails. Out of college, I worked as a CPA for a large accounting firm and then decided to attend medical school at the University of Colorado. I completed my residency in internal medicine at Stanford University Hospital and we enjoyed the Bay Area very much. However, we were thrilled to return to Colorado for fellowship training in gastroenterology at the University of Colorado in Denver. I completed an additional year of specialized training in advanced endoscopy at the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas.
I am board certified in gastroenterology and am excited to practice with Kaiser Permanente so I can focus on providing excellent patient-centered care in a well-organized and efficient environment. I enjoy engaging with patients and strive to listen, understand, and clearly share knowledge to create partnerships in collaborative medical decision making. I am interested in all aspects of gastroenterology and liver disease but am particularly interested in colon cancer prevention, biliary disorders, and pancreatic disorders. I strive to perform thoughtful, careful, comfortable, and effective endoscopic procedures and to help patients optimize their digestive health.
I enjoy spending time with my wonderful wife, who is a pediatrician, and with my three great, energetic, soccer-loving children. I enjoy hiking, running, and biking in the mountains, as well as reading, healthful eating, and spending time on the side-lines of soccer fields cheering for my children and their friends as they develop into fine players and people.
